We absolutely love Lemons in our home ! Everyone here enjoys a nice glass of freshly squeezed lemonade, lemon cookies, lemon bars, and anything sweet made from lemons. I also love cutting up a bunch of slices to add to a ice cold pitcher of water or tea. It's Delicious ! During the summer I always bring home a huge bag of lemons from the grocery store when I do my weekly shopping. We just thoroughly enjoy them. If the kids could get away with it, they would love to eat them plain and just suck the sweet/sour juice from the lemon. However since it's bad for their teeth, we do not allow it. Anyway On father's day I wanted to make a nice cake for our BBQ celebration . I wanted something as a lighter dessert. It couldn't be chocolate because that easily melts outdoors. So I decided on the Lemon Bundt cake that we all love. It is a easy recipe that I copied from recipezarr along time ago and it uses a lemon cake mix !!!! It's super fast to make. 
INGREDIENTS:
1. One box of Lemon cake mix
2. one package of lemon Jello- gelatin
3. 1 1/2 cups of water
4. 1/3 cup oil
5. 3 eggs
6. 3 tablespoons of sugar
7. 3 tablespoons of lemon juice
DIRECTIONS:
1. Mix first 5 ingredients together.
2. Pour into a greased bundt pan.
3. Bake 40-45 minutes at 350*degrees
4. Remove cake from bundt pan onto a plate
5. Pour lemon glaze over cake. Place in Refrigerator until ready to serve. Let come to room temp before cutting.
* LEMON GLAZE:
The juice of two lemons mixed with 1/2 cup of powdered sugar. Mix together with a fork to combine ! If lemons aren't sweet use a tad bit more powdered sugar.
